We cater to you and your properties needs and schedule by offering flexible days/nights for cleaning. We schedule properties for the number of days/nights per week that you need our cleaning services. That gives you the flexibility to choose a schedule that most fits your property’s requirements. The schedule is tailored to each location as we have several properties with late night tenants such as; restaurants, bars, and tattoo parlors. This means we wait until they are closed before arriving to clean, giving us the optimal opportunity with the least traffic flow to allow to remove all the trash/litter/debris off the lot.
All lots are cleaned with a two-man crew to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Each truck is supplied with a backpack blower, a handheld blower, debris tongs, buckets with brooms for hard-to-reach areas, and heavy- duty trash liners. There are many areas of a lot that cannot be accessed by sweeping alone, which is why we want our trucks fully stocked with all the resources needed to remove any and all debris that may fall on your lot. All trash cans are changed daily to ensure there are no odorous smell or unsightly trash piling out over top. All cans will be wiped down as needed to prevent sticky unsightly buildup. All debris and leaves will be removed from all entryways, stairwells, wheel stops, corners, dumpster areas where litter builds up and can be unsightly to patrons and problematic for tenants.
